Job Development and Placement services from Boost Collaborative are services that help working age grownups with disabilities, or other barriers to employment, recognize and pursue job opportunities that can meet the work goals of the individual. Job advancement personnel customize support for the participant according to the task hunter's abilities and abilities to find a job. From seeking advice from a job applicant to helping with an application and interview on behalf of the job seeker, the Job Developer will support the individual throughout their pre-employment status. Supports are supplied to make sure that Job Placement is attained when the new employee appears to their first day of employment in their brand-new position.


Training and follow-along assistances are services to help the brand-new employee learn and keep the skills necessary to keep the task. Boost Collaborative personnel will collaborate orientation and training according to the needs of the new employee and the demands of the company. Training may be as low as an intro to the task website or as much as accompanying the new employee every day to find out each job on each day during the learning phase of the new job. An assistance plan will tailor the participant's follow-up supports according to the requirements of the participant and the desire of the employer. The plan will include the preliminary training duration, post training and follow-up support as permitted in the individual's funding strategy.


Supported Employment services or Individual Supported Employment (ISE) are services mentioned above, however are developed for individuals with developmental impairments who require extensive training and follow-up supports for a continuous and indefinite term. Services can include job discovery and pre-employment training and consultation, job placement and on-the-job training and supports. Supports might continue when the participant is between tasks while awaiting replacement in their next expert pursuit. All services and supports are designed for neighborhood based, competitive jobs.
